Removing a family member

If you need to remove a co-parent from your family, the family owner can do this from the Family settings page.

How to remove a parent

1. Go to Settings > Family
2. Find the parent you want to remove in the Parents section
3. Tap the delete icon on their row
4. Confirm the removal

What happens when someone is removed

• They lose access to the shared family calendar
• They can no longer add, edit, or view family events
• Their chat history and memory contributions remain but they can no longer access them
• Events they created stay on the family calendar
• They'll need to create a new account or join another family to use Park Bench again

Who can remove members

Only the family owner can remove other parents. Parents with the "parent" role cannot remove other members. You cannot remove yourself if you're the owner.

Revoking pending invites

If you sent an invite code that hasn't been used yet, you can revoke it:

1. Go to Settings > Family
2. Find the pending invite in the Parents section
3. Tap Revoke

The invite code will no longer work.
