Editing & deleting events

You can edit or delete any event on your calendar by tapping on it.

Editing an event

1. Tap the event on your Home screen or calendar view
2. The event detail page opens
3. Tap Edit to modify the title, time, date, location, or assignee
4. Make your changes and tap Save

Changes sync to Google Calendar if connected.

Deleting an event

1. Tap the event to open its detail page
2. Tap Delete
3. Confirm the deletion

Deleted events are removed from Park Bench and from your connected Google Calendar.

Using the assistant

You can also edit or delete events through chat:

• "Move soccer practice to 4:30 this week"
• "Cancel the dentist appointment on Thursday"
• "Change the birthday party to Sunday"

The assistant will find the matching event and make the change.

Synced events

Events that came from Google Calendar can be edited in either place. Changes made in Park Bench sync back to Google, and vice versa.
