Is my chat data safe?

Your conversations with the Park Bench assistant are private and stored securely. Here's how it works.

Who can see your chats

Only members of your family can access your chat history. Other Park Bench users, circle members, and community members cannot see your conversations.

How chats are stored

Your messages are stored securely so the assistant can reference earlier context in a conversation. Each conversation is kept as a separate thread.

AI processing

When you send a message, it's processed by AI to generate a response. Your messages are not used to train AI models.

What the assistant can access

During a conversation, the assistant can see:

• Your messages in the current thread
• Your family's calendar events
• Your family profile (children's names, ages, schools)
• Memory items you or the assistant have saved

It cannot see other families' data, your authentication credentials, or data from your circles.

Your controls

• Start a new conversation anytime with the New chat button
• Delete memory items the assistant has saved from Settings > Memory
• Your chat history is removed if you delete your account
