Can't sign in

OTP not arriving, expired codes, or wrong email address.

If you're having trouble signing in to Park Bench, here are the most common issues and solutions.

Verification code not arriving

Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from Clerk (our authentication provider) and may be filtered.

Wait a minute. Codes usually arrive within 30 seconds but can occasionally take longer.

Tap Resend. If a minute has passed, tap the resend button to get a fresh code.

Double-check your email address. Make sure you're entering the exact same email you used to sign up. Typos are the most common cause of "code not arriving" issues.

Code expired

Verification codes expire after a few minutes. If you see an "expired" error, tap Resend to get a new code and enter it promptly.

"Account not found"

If you see this error when trying to sign in, it means there's no account with that email address. You may need to Sign up instead, or check that you're using the right email.

Signed in but seeing a blank screen

This can happen if your session got into a bad state. Try:

  1. Sign out completely
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Sign in again

Google sign-in issues

If "Continue with Google" isn't working, make sure you're allowing pop-ups for Park Bench in your browser settings. Google sign-in requires a pop-up window for authorization.
