If Park Bench shows a blank screen, loads indefinitely, or displays an error, try these steps.

Quick fixes

1. Refresh the page

Pull down to refresh on mobile, or tap the reload button in your browser.

2. Check your internet connection

Park Bench requires an active internet connection. Try opening another website to confirm you're online.

3. Clear your browser cache

  • iPhone Safari: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
  • Chrome: Menu > Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
  • Other browsers: Look for "Clear cache" in settings

4. Try a different browser

If the app works in another browser, the issue may be with your default browser's cache or settings.

If the problem continues

Check for updates

Make sure your browser and operating system are up to date. Park Bench works best on recent versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Try an incognito/private window

Open Park Bench in a private browsing window. If it works there, the issue is likely a cached file or browser extension in your regular window.
