This is the fastest way to reach us. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

When writing in, it helps to include:

  • What you were trying to do — The more specific, the better
  • What happened instead — Error messages, unexpected behavior, things that looked wrong
  • Your email address — The one you use to sign in to Park Bench
  • Device and browser — e.g., "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Pixel 8, Chrome"

Common things we can help with

  • Account access issues
  • Calendar sync problems that self-service troubleshooting didn't fix
  • Questions about your data or privacy
  • Bug reports
  • Feature requests and feedback

What we can't help with

  • Individual event details from third-party sources (museums, parks, etc.) — we pull data from public sources and can't control their accuracy
  • Google Calendar issues unrelated to Park Bench — for Google-specific problems, check Google Calendar Help

Feedback
